Hello! I’m Kaz Porch, I’m a certified play therapist, qualified teacher, and proud mum of four.
I support, mentor, coach and supervise play therapists, key workers, pre-school field officers, allied health professionals, and early intervention specialists working with early childhood education services.
I help them to build collaborative and meaningful relationships with teachers, educators, and staff to create inclusive, safe, and nurturing environments where children are respected, seen, heard, and valued.
What You Might Be Experiencing
This work matters deeply but it isn’t always easy. My background as both a teacher and play therapist has given me a unique, grounded understanding of what it’s like to work with and within education services. These spaces are dynamic, demanding, and full of heart, and they ask a lot of the people within them.

I offer supervision, coaching, and mentoring for professionals who work with or want to work alongside early childhood educators, teachers, and children in early learning settings.
Together, we create space for personal and professional reflection, thoughtful problem-solving, and practical resourcing. Our work is grounded in real-world early childhood contexts and designed to leave you feeling supported, confident, and steady in your practice.
