Hello! I’m Kaz Porch, I’m a certified play therapist, qualified teacher, and proud mum of four.
I support, mentor, and supervise play therapists, key workers, pre-school field officers, allied health professionals, and early intervention specialists working with early childhood education services.
I help them to build collaborative and meaningful relationships with teachers, educators, and staff to create inclusive, safe, and nurturing environments where children are respected, seen, heard, and valued.
What You Might Be Experiencing
This work matters deeply but it isn’t always easy. My background as both a teacher and play therapist has given me a unique, grounded understanding of what it’s like to work with and within education services. These spaces are dynamic, demanding, and full of heart, and they ask a lot of the people within them.

I offer supervision and mentoring for professionals working with or wanting to work with, early childhood education staff, teachers, educators and children in early childhood settings.
Together, we create space for reflection, problem-solving, resourcing and practical 'strategies' that leave you feeling supported, confident, and grounded in your work.
When you feel truly resourced, that support flows outward to teachers, educators, families, and, most importantly, the children who depend on you.
